Yesterday’s #Every48 workout: A surprisingly strenuous 45-minute walk with my hubby after work. My activity monitor (yes, I went back to wearing it after a couple of days away – it really does help) registered 20 minutes of that walk as “strenuous.” There were some hills involved. And where there are hills, there is lovely scenery. A great way to end the day.
