This is not only the meme of the week, it’s my fitness theme for the weeks to come. Time to make this thing fun. I love weight training right now, because I haven’t done enough of it recently. And I love running track with my buddies at RachelxTwo, so I’ll be joining up with them for Wednesday track workouts in the spring and summer. And I’ll figure out some other ways to keep on being active in a way that feels fun first.
